Đặc điểm: Màu sắc hoàn toàn từ tự nhiên (Xanh lá dứa, Hồng/Tím hoa đậu biếc hoặc củ dền).
RAINBOW CENDOL
INGREDIENTS:
5 tablespoons rice flour
2 small packages of hungkwe flour
1.7 liters of water
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Sufficient red, yellow, green food coloring
Sufficient ice water

Sugar ingredients:
350g brown sugar/palm sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
500ml water

Coconut milk ingredients:
1 grated old coconut
1.5 liters of boiling water

STEPS:
1. Mix rice flour, hungkwe flour, water, sugar and salt, stir until the sugar dissolves, divide the dough into 3, add food coloring to each dough, stir well
2. Boil 1 dough first, cook until thick like porridge, remove then immediately put it in a triangular plastic, then cut a little of the tip of the plastic then immediately press the dough onto the ice water, do the same for the next dough
3. After the cendol is done, transfer it to another container, put it in the refrigerator
4. Make the sugar: boil all the sugar ingredients, let it thicken, remove and set aside
5. Make the coconut milk: prepare a container, put the grated coconut then boil 1.5 liters of water, after boiling immediately pour it over the grated coconut and let it warm then squeeze
6. Prepare a bowl/glass, take the cendol, put it in the glass, pour coconut milk and sugar, serve
